The aim of this study is to show the capabilities that students have with teachers throughout their studies, to communicate and have a full picture of their study cycle for their part. Using robotic tools, scenarios have been implemented, which were created by a student of PMS INFORMATICS. The scenarios were designed according to the daily actions of the students during their studies. Through the use of robotics, students have the opportunity to download their personal account information panel with their data on their computer, to have excel sheets through robotics the tab of their grades, have access to their announcements and be informed about the latest announcements without having to login and browse the University site.
