The current feasibility study was designed to assess the economical risk of a new plant for the production of ecological decorative paints. For this purpose, the market and the industry of decorative paints were studied in detail and both the required raw materials and other supplies, and the necessary machinery were determined. Subsequently, the overhead costs of the potential unit, as well as the human resources requirements, were estimated. The appropriate location was selected, the project timeline was set and, finally, a financial analysis was carried out, according to which the present investment plan is positively assessed.
