dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα μελέτη σκοπιμότητας εκπονήθηκε με στόχο την οικονομοτεχνική αξιολόγηση του επιχειρηματικού ρίσκου για μια νέα μονάδα παραγωγής οικολογικών οικοδομικών χρωμάτων. Για το σκοπό αυτό, μελετήθηκαν αναλυτικά η αγορά και ο κλάδος των οικοδομικών χρωμάτων, προσδιορίστηκαν οι απαιτούμενες πρώτες ύλες και λοιπά εφόδια, καθώς και ο απαραίτητος μηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός. Ακολούθως, εκτιμήθηκαν τα γενικά έξοδα της εν δυνάμει μονάδας, όπως και οι απαιτήσεις σε ανθρώπινο δυναμικό. Επιλέχθηκε η κατάλληλη τοποθεσία, ορίστηκε το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου και τέλος, πραγματοποιήθηκε χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση, βάσει της οποίας το παρόν επενδυτικό σχέδιο αξιολογείται θετικά.	el

dc.description.abstractEN	The current feasibility study was designed to assess the economical risk of a new plant for the production of ecological decorative paints. For this purpose, the market and the industry of decorative paints were studied in detail and both the required raw materials and other supplies, and the necessary machinery were determined. Subsequently, the overhead costs of the potential unit, as well as the human resources requirements, were estimated. The appropriate location was selected, the project timeline was set and, finally, a financial analysis was carried out, according to which the present investment plan is positively assessed.	el
