Abstract
Online stores, commonly eshops, have been in our lives for several years and have facilitated a lot of consumers as they offer fast transactions, home navigation, plenty of products with accurate descriptions and photos, and secure shopping. With the unique tool of a computer with internet access ... the process of visiting a store turns into an online store, but it does not escape anything to the consumer.
This post-graduate thesis aims at creating an integrated e-shop (eshop) of men's clothing for the study and construction of the server side (back-end) and not for its front-end creation.
In addition, this eshop was not done with the help of ready-made software for Opencart eshop, the use of programming languages
Initially we will refer to e-commerce. In this section we define the term e-commerce, we will focus on its types, advantages and disadvantages, but we will also refer to the features of eshop and some international successful eshop.
In the next chapter of the thesis we will present the eshop and its use through user and administrator screenshots and its present functions will be analyzed.
Analytical reference will be made to the back-end piece, and the whole eshop architecture will be presented through the use of diagrams, but also the programming languages and the techniques used to build the e-shop.
In the third chapter we will focus on the architecture of the system, that is, we will refer to the UML charts that were designed for the implementation of the back-end section of eshop.
In the fourth chapter we will refer to eshop development technologies such as php, mysql, phpMyAdmin.
In the last chapter, we explain how to install the tools we used to build the e-shop and the process we needed to turn it into an online eshop.
In the appendix of the postgraduate dissertation, we will refer to the codes we created (php, sql) for all the back-end operations of our e-shop.
