Abstract
The following dissertation is a short and simplistic presentation of the modern methods of Real Options applying in the fields of Investement Analysis. Through this personal piece of work I tried to explain as plain as possible the basic principles related to Financial Options and especially the core methods for excercising them. These are the Black-Scholes model first developed in the 70s and the Binomial Tree Method. The same models are applied to Real Options Analysis an offshoot of Financial Options. In later parts two case studies are deployed and examined, one in short and the other thoroughly and practical and interesting results from both of them tried to explain the usefuleness and resourcefoulness of Real Options Evaluation Analysis in modern Investment business projects.
