Due to the development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), there is a growing tendency for municipalities and local communities globally to use this potential for more effective management of city governance. In this paper, we are looking at the aim of 'Smart Cities', by creating a collaborative platform among citizens, local government and other non-governmental organizations. Furthermore, we are comparing the collaborative platform with other modern applications and provide an analysis of its architecture as well as its presentation.
