Διερεύνηση της εφαρμογής του λιτού management (lean) στην Ελλάδα: μια εμπειρική μελέτη
It is a fact that the economic framework of the century we are going through is characterized by the fierce competition and the speed by which, not only technology and scientific knowledge are evolved, but also the systems of production, circulation and promotion of quality products and services to the customer. The direct consequences of all the above are, on the one hand, the increased uncertainty of businesses concerning their strategic orientation, and on the other hand, the increase of complexity in every dimension of the modern business (product, production system, planning, suppliers network, etc.) The aforementioned conditions have created the necessity for the application of managerial systems which recognize the systemic nature of the 21st century business and approach as a whole the set of parameters which could bring on a competitive advantage. In this framework, we estimate that the main goal of a new Managementmodel should focus on the creating of value across stakeholders, as it is defined respectively. LeanManagementwith the assistance of its various tools offers such solutions that the businesses-organisations of today can be more flexible and adjust to the ever-growing demands of the market on a daily basis.
