The long-term success of an organization depends on its ability to assess the performance of the staff and check the degree to which employees contribute to the achievement of its objectives. The staff assessment is an assessment measure of the performance of the employee in order to define the degree of the work in accordance with the standards set. An important factor, that also makes the evaluation of staff necessary, is to link payment to performance of the employee. This thesis deals with the concept of the evaluation of human resources and remuneration systems as concepts inherent in the management of human resources. In particular, goal of this work is through research to determine whether and to what extent the evaluation of staff in health facilities, such as hospitals, and remuneration schemes that are prevalent in these and related staff.
