Digital transformation of community of users

Abstract
In this thesis, we present the complete set of procedures, relating to the transformation of a digital (online) community at all levels, starting from the base of the community that already existed, and ending in the way that this community could be profitable.
We describe all contact platforms of the community, before the digital transformation, and we analyze the needs and describe the process of the digital transformation, together with successful and also with unsuccessful tasks.
All completed tasks were planned to refresh the community, according to user’s statistics and their current preferences. The result of this procedure was the creation of new platforms and ways of communication with users and more valuable content and collection of substantial information for community’s fans.
Analysis and real - world examples are given for all the actions that were taken. Furthermore, all the reparative actions that are performed in real time for the balance and the conservation of all the platforms and the instant communication with the fans are described.
As a conclusion, we describe of the way that the community could increase its income, and also the future tasks, actions and updates that are already programmed to take place.
