The success of company relies in human resource productivity, and this in turn relies on high quality education. To remain competitive a company must exploit technology to train employees quickly, cheaply and efficiently. The educational games, which through leveraging new technology, bring the power of play into the learning process, are becoming increasingly integral tool for in-company training. The integration of games in the process of education and training is a phenomenon that has taken the first tentative steps in our country in recent years, gaining ardent supporters companies, that follow the stream of other companies around the world. The primary objective of this thesis is to highlight both the views of trainers who have experimented and used games in training process, as to how can a game become successful learning environment for training and if it really helps the development of specific skills and competencies for trainees. And secondly to highlight the implementation process in practice, the type of game trainers were to choose, the difficulties encountered in the implementation and execution, and the results of the whole project. The general conclusion was that the application of games in training had the desired results from them and the whole process in most cases was a success. Key words:
