Interpersonal relationship is a crucial factor for creating and maintaining a good climate of cooperation between the team members and colleagues at working level. Good interpersonal relations usually means development of camaraderie and solidarity which fosters the unity and effectiveness of the group.
A number of empirical studies, that have been published in the literature, as well as the everyday experience shows that a satisfied employee becomes a good worker within the enterprise. Therefore, companies try or should endeavor to create working groups in which people can communicate and cooperate effectively, in order to maximize their performance.
