The work consists of the following chapters:
(Chapters 1-3): In these chapters provides an overview of the relevant bibliography, which defines the basic concepts of marketing and e Μarketing. Detailing concepts of Marketing in the banking sector and the e-Banking. Also listed the features and benefits associated with the use of Internet Banking.
(Chapters 5-6): In these chapters describes the case study. Specifically reviewing the Internet Banking and then presents the results of a survey done by questionnaire. Finally presented the findings on the use and penetration of Internet Banking.
