Measuring employee satisfaction is one of the key issues that should be of concern to administrations of organizations. This is necessary for reasons both logistical and humanitarian as job satisfaction of employees is directly linked to good physical and mental health. The main purpose of this study was to explore the degree of job satisfaction of medical nursing and administrative staff of two public hospitals, and identify the factors that influence and shape it. According to the linear model created, there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and fees, clearly Illustrated tasks and opportunities that employees have to take responsibility in their professional environment.
