The concept of quality in health services is essential today, as we have increasing requirements from both patients and employees, as well as the diversity of supplied services , which should be well organised. The improvement of quality in health services is the focus of interest of every involved party, in order to satisfy the needs of patients. Such improvement is achieved through measurements applications of quality, which will facilitate the decisions of health system. A researcher may answer the question of the involved parties should he applies the established practices of economic science given time and quantity of supplied health services. The purpose of this project is to analyse the differences in the supplied qualities of health services across four European countries (Greece, Italy, Spain and Germany).
