Nowadays, there are a number of changes in all spheres of social and economic affairs which naturally affect the modern health systems. Health services that are required to cover the health needs of each society must constantly evolve and redefine their goals. Their main priority should be the health promotion and prevention and therefore, these services need to have the quality assurance as their basic characteristic. The dental care is one of the most sensitive and demanding areas and presents a specific form of personal services, where the user expects a lot more than in any other personal service. This Dissertation attempts to analyze the concept of total quality in dental care and measure the customer satisfaction with regards to the dental care services in Greece.
