For today’s enterprises ERP (Enterprise Recourse Planning) systems constitute the basic pylon of transactional information infrastructure that allows companies to correspond to the requirements and challenges of economic activity. The dynamic entry of open source software applications in the market creates new competitive conditions with enormous profits for the user and, consequently, the rise the use of open source ERP systems is significant. These applications target in enterprises whose requirements are not met by standard software, that need the continuous adoption of the software to evolving processes and reasonably wish to reap maximum benefits with the minimum expenses possible. However, in the world of modern enterprises, the recent tension is to cut down costs and maximize the profit through the re-designation of the internal procedures of the company. The very new administration and organization methods are being used by all modern enterprises, due to the wide spreading of new technologies and cutting down of their cost. These new technologies can help the enterprises to learn more about the consuming habits of their customers, to make a list about these habits in a database, to plan and materialize a certain contact with their customers, and as a result achieve bigger sales. In this manner, more and more companies install an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The company’s benefits from these systems are the easy organisation of their customers, to obtain and retain quick and reliable information, to organise the obligation of the company towards the customers, to know the efficiency, availability and the profits of each department and also other economic and accounting information.
