This study highlights that sustainable interdisciplinarity is a fundamental prerequisite
for implementing sustainable strategies, while also emphasizing the need to tailor these
practices to the specific conditions of each organization.
To address these challenges, an integrated strategic model is proposed,
connecting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and the
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the management of educational
organizations. Through a hybrid leadership framework (top-down & bottom-up) and a
dynamic cycle of planning, implementation, and evaluation, the organization achieves
digital and social transformation. Progress is systematically monitored via Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) and interactive dashboards.
The research findings are based on a literature review as well as a mixedmethodology approach (quantitative and qualitative research utilizing questionnaires
and interviews). The analysis focused on qualitative evaluation and the graphical
representation of data (tables and charts), highlighting the gaps caused by the ambiguity
and overuse of the term "sustainability." In conclusion, the proposed model is deemed
viable and actionable at the organizational, team, and individual levels, provided that
the specific requirements of the educational context are considered.
