This master’s thesis focuses on the design and digital implementation of a Skills Workshop for
third- and fourth-grade primary school students, aiming to foster inclusive attitudes toward
disability. The programme is situated within the thematic cycle “I Care and Act – Social
Awareness and Responsibility” and the subtheme “Inclusion: Mutual Respect and Diversity”
and is organised into seven consecutive workshops, each lasting two teaching periods.
Disability is approached from a contemporary social perspective, with emphasis on the
environmental, social, communicative, and organisational barriers that may restrict equal
participation. The learning sequence progresses from recognising diversity and exploring
students’ initial perceptions to examining stereotypes, identifying barriers, and seeking
solutions for a more accessible and inclusive school. At the same time, the programme seeks
to cultivate critical thinking, communication, collaboration, respect, and reflection. Active and
collaborative forms of learning, thinking routines, dialogue tools, and experiential activities
are incorporated throughout the programme. Google Classroom serves as the central
environment for organising and accessing the educational material, while Canva, Google
Slides, Genially, Google Forms, and Padlet are used as complementary tools alongside printed
materials and face-to-face activities. The final educational package includes implementation
guidelines, learning materials, and assessment tools designed to support teachers in
delivering the programme. Assessment is embedded in the learning process through selfassessment, observation, group work, feedback, and reflective activities. The evaluation of
the thesis focuses on the coherence, pedagogical appropriateness, and functionality of the
designed educational product. Finally, recommendations are provided for its pilot
implementation in authentic classroom settings, systematic evaluation, and further
development.
