This thesis presents the design and implementation of a dynamic informational website for preventive medical examinations and contracted doctors. The main purpose of the application is to provide users with a simple and user-friendly environment where they can access information about preventive examinations, search for doctors and filter results by specialty and area.
The application was developed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. PHP handles backend logic, form processing and database communication, while MySQL stores doctors, examinations, specialties, areas and contact messages. Bootstrap was used to create a responsive user interface that adapts to different screen sizes.
The system includes a public interface and an administrator panel. Public users can browse examinations, view detailed information, search for doctors and submit contact messages. The administrator can log in to the admin panel, view messages and manage doctors and examinations. The thesis also includes a related work section that connects the implementation with digital health services, patient information systems and web-based health portals.
Overall, the project demonstrates the development of a complete educational web application that combines frontend development, backend logic, database design, content management and basic security mechanisms.
