Abstract

This dissertation presents the design and development of SmartNavix, a navigation application that recommends routes according to user preferences. The work examines the problem of personalized route selection, analyzes system requirements, and presents the application's architecture, database design, and core functionality. Special emphasis is placed on the use of fuzzy logic for selecting the most suitable user preference, as well as on the integration of map services and artificial intelligence APIs. The objective is to provide a solution that improves user experience and supports more adaptive route recommendations. Scientific area: Smart applications, navigation systems, and adaptive systems.
