The present thesis deals with the study, design and implementation of an integrated online job search
platform for developers (DevJobs). It is a modern and necessary interconnection tool for the tech
industry, both for the user himself who is looking for a job, and for the various employers, who are called
upon to create advertisements and hire people, according to the criteria that they themselves set each
time. Therefore, for the smooth operation and development of the single digital connection environment,
it is necessary to create and exist personal or corporate profiles, to create and manage advertisements,
as well as to submit the skills that the candidate employee possesses or that the organization is seeking.
Therefore, two basic types of users were defined and equally distinct usage flows were formed for each
category. The need to develop this specific system has its roots in the broader digital transition of the
labor market, which is evolving and digitizing at a rapid pace every day. Traditional methods of finding
personnel are declining, in contrast to those based on the collection and analysis of user data, against
zero time. In this context, through the contribution of the “Sping Boot” framework, the “Java” object-
oriented programming language and various other libraries and tools that will be discussed in more
detail in the user manual, the development of a reliable, scalable and secure information system was
achieved, capable of solving problems and actively contributing to the labor market.
