This master’s thesis explores the impact of Digital Transformation on human resources within
modern organizations, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and risks that arise during this
process, as well as its influence on corporate culture. Digital Transformation is not merely a
technological upgrade but a profound organizational and cultural shift that redefines the way
businesses operate and how employees work and interact.
The study analyzes the key technologies driving digital transformation, such as Artificial
Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and the Internet of Things, and highlights the
importance of digital skills as a critical success factor. It also investigates the challenges related
to employee adaptation, psychological pressure, uncertainty, and the need for continuous
learning, while emphasizing the opportunities for development, innovation, collaboration, and
work-life balance.
Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between Digital Transformation and
corporate culture, demonstrating that the successful implementation of new technologies
depends largely on employee engagement, leadership vision, and a culture of adaptability and
innovation. Through theoretical analysis and empirical investigation, the research concludes
that Digital Transformation can serve as a driving force for organizational progress when
supported by strategic leadership, investment in human capital, and a mindset of continuous
improvement.
