This study presents the design, development, and evaluation of a digital course aimed at training elementary school teachers in the application of the GROW coaching model to support children with ADHD. The course, developed on the Wix platform, incorporates multimedia content, interactive exercises, gamification, and artificial intelligence tools to create an engaging and adaptive learning environment. The Design-Based Research (DBR) methodology guided the iterative development process, enabling continuous improvement based on feedback and practical evaluation. The digital course is structured around the four stages of the GROW model — Goal, Reality, Options, and Will — and includes activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and experiential engagement. Participants are introduced to coaching concepts, reflect on their role as educators, practice decision-making through branching scenarios, and develop personalized action plans using AI-assisted prompts. Assessment is carried out through pre-, during, and post-course questionnaires, self-efficacy scales, engagement surveys, and analysis of artificial intelligence tool usage. This research contributes to the field of educational technology and professional development for educators, demonstrating how structured, interactive digital courses can enhance coaching skills and support inclusive education for students with special needs.
