This study explores the role of sustainable investments (ESG) and financial technology (Fintech) in the management of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS). Through an empirical analysis of twenty funds, including ten ESG and ten non-ESG Funds, the research evaluates their performance, transparency, and the integration of technological innovations such as Blockchain, Robo-Advisors, and Big data analytics. The findings indicate that ESG Funds, on average, demonstrate superior performance and higher transparency compared to traditional funds, although the phenomenon of Greenwashing remains a significant risk. Furthermore, Fintech technologies enhance transparency, reduce management costs, and improve the reliability of ESG strategy implementation. Finally, the study proposes areas for future research and acknowledges its methodological limitations.
