This master’s thesis presents the design of a comprehensive educational unit based on an original fairy tale entitled “Tigi”, which is employed as a pedagogical tool for fostering both reading motivation and emotional awareness among preschool children. The fairy tale is not treated merely as a narrative stimulus but rather as the core structural framework of a carefully orchestrated instructional intervention aimed at supporting the holistic development of young learners. By combining linguistic expression, emotional literacy, imagination, and collaborative participation, the proposal constructs a learning environment in which storytelling becomes a catalyst for language enrichment, empathy building, and self-expression. The educational unit is addressed primarily to kindergarten teachers and is implemented through the digital platform Google Classroom, which functions as an organizational and supportive infrastructure, ensuring accessibility, reusability, and seamless integration into contemporary teaching practice.
