| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία διερευνά την επίδραση ενός ψηφιακού διαπολιτισμικού προγράμματος αγωγής υγείας στη διατροφική εκπαίδευση παιδιών προσχολικής ηλικίας. Μέσω της αξιοποίησης πολυμεσικών εργαλείων, βιωματικών δραστηριοτήτων και εικονικών σεναρίων, το πρόγραμμα στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση της γνωστικής και συναισθηματικής εμπλοκής των παιδιών, με έμφαση στη διαπολιτισμική προσέγγιση. Η έρευνα βασίστηκε σε ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις και ερωτηματολόγια προς παιδαγωγούς, με σκοπό την αποτίμηση της συμμετοχής των παιδιών και της αποτελεσματικότητας του e-course. Τα ευρήματα δείχνουν θετική ανταπόκριση τόσο από τα παιδιά όσο και από τους εκπαιδευτικούς, ενώ τονίζεται η σημασία της συνέχειας και της εξέλιξης αντίστοιχων προγραμμάτων στην προσχολική εκπαίδευση. | el |

The research was based on semi-structured interviews and questionnaires addressed to educators, aiming to assess children's participation and the overall effectiveness of the e-course.
