This study explores the impact of a digital intercultural health education program focused on nutrition for preschool children. Through the use of multimedia tools, experiential activities, and interactive scenarios, the program aims to enhance the cognitive and emotional engagement of young learners, with an emphasis on intercultural understanding. The research was based on semi-structured interviews and questionnaires addressed to educators, aiming to assess children's participation and the overall effectiveness of the e-course. Findings indicate a positive response from both children and educators, highlighting the importance of continuing and expanding similar initiatives in early childhood education.
