In recent years, the Greek economy—and particularly the food service sector—has experienced successive periods of pressure. The COVID-19 pandemic, the rise in energy costs, and changes in consumer behavior have significantly affected business operations. Nevertheless, Premier Capital Hellas S.A., the exclusive operator of McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, managed to maintain its market position by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the evolving conditions.
This study examines the financial performance of Premier Capital Hellas Single Member S.A. during the period 2019–2023, through the analysis of key liquidity, profitability, activity, and capital structure ratios. The methodology is based on a longitudinal analysis of the company’s financial indicators, aiming to depict the evolution of its economic performance over time. All data were collected from the published financial statements of the company, as made available through official sources.
The analysis revealed fluctuations in the company’s financial profile, reflecting the influence of the broader economic environment and market conditions. Despite the challenges faced, the results indicate a gradual recovery and improvement of key indicators, highlighting an enhancement of operational efficiency and a stabilization of the capital structure.
In conclusion, Premier Capital Hellas Single Member S.A. demonstrates the ability to withstand economic challenges while leveraging opportunities to strengthen its position in the Greek market through investments in innovation, technology, and sustainable development.
