Abstract

This thesis deals with the development of a website. The subject of this website is the management of real estate and apartment buildings. The user is able to register his properties, manage apartments, expenses and common charges. It is possible to view the properties, as well as detailed management of expenses and common charges based on the mileage of each apartment. In addition, it is possible to add owners and tenants, and to monitor their payments. An important feature of the application is the possibility of communication between tenants, which facilitates the resolution of issues related to living together and the daily operation of the apartment building. At the same time, the possibility of conducting polls is provided, where managers can put issues to a vote and residents can participate in making decisions concerning the common area. The aim of the application is to make property management more efficient and simplify the process of calculating and collecting common charges in a friendly and accessible environment for all parties involved.
