This master's thesis explores the connection between innovative leadership and artificial intelligence (AI), and its impact on the business world. The main objective of the research is to highlight how innovative leadership can utilize the capabilities of AI to develop and implement new strategies and business models. The concept of innovation is examined from the perspective of developing a new leadership style, that focuses on the importance of innovation for the modern enterprise. Special emphasis is place on the innovative leader, their characteristics, and competencies of the innovative leader. The dynamic nature of AI is discussed as a factor that promotes innovation and creates value for businesses, in relation to the role of the innovative leader. The thesis explores the link between AI and the style of innovative leadership, as well as its significance as a strategic choice, while also pointing out the challenges and risks faced by leaders during its implementation. The findings of the research underline the growing influence of this new technology and the need for leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy for the integration of AI.
