Diversity in the education workplace refers to the presence of teachers, administrators, and students from diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, with diversity in age, gender, and other parameters. A diverse educational environment enriches the learning experience for the benefit of students as well. Moreover, it improves educational practices with new unique approaches and teaching methods. It promotes equality and justice, promoting a fairer and more inclusive education system, free of prejudice and inequality. Diversity also reflects society as a diverse school environment reflects the reality of modern society and prepares students to live and work in a multicultural world. Promoting diversity in education requires conscious efforts to recruit and support teachers and staff from diverse backgrounds, as well as implementing policies that promote equity and inclusion for all. Group dynamics significantly shape the development of its members, their cooperation with each other, their decision-making and conflict resolution. The goal within the group is to establish equal relations between members and to create a positive climate that allows for free expression and creativity among group members. The study uses quantitative data analysis using the questionnaire to primary and secondary school teachers. The results drawn revealed the existence of a relationship between diversity dimensions and group dynamics, the ability of diversity dimensions to be a predictor of group dynamics, and finally the gender-based variation in levels of workplace diversity. These findings are consistent with the literature review.
