Digital technologies have a dynamic presence in the field of education, to the extent that they create a new learning environment. Undoubtedly, the digital transformation of education defines new conditions that affect the performance of students, teachers and directors, which is an important issue for the educational and scientific community. This thesis aims to identify the factors of educational performance and to analyze how the digital transformation affects the educational performance of students and teachers and the administrative performance of school directors. The research method chosen was qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews. For the purposes of the research, the respondents should have specific characteristics, specialized knowledge and skills. Interviews were conducted with 4 principals, 10 teachers of different specialties and 7 students from different schools. The free software QDA Miner was used to organize and process the data. From the processing of the collected data it emerges that the most important factors of educational and administrative performance are, the healthy educational and working environment and the digital transformation. Applications of digital media in teaching enhance the educational performance of students by improving communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Teachers, taking advantage of digital tools, become more efficient and creative, integrate more teaching methods into the lesson and constantly try to create a more interesting and interactive learning environment. Finally, school administrations can carry out evaluation processes more often with the aim of solving problems, identifying failures in performance and continuously improving the school unit.
