Digital online applications for museopedagogy focused on ancient Greek technology

Abstract
This Master's Thesis examines the contribution of digital technology to the promotion of cultural heritage and education, focusing primarily on maritime tradition. Through eight chapters, it analyzes the digitization and use of Augmented Reality (AR) applications in museums, as well as the importance of museum education. The actions of the Maritime Tradition Museum of Perama
are presented, and educational programs that combine tradition with modern technology are explored. The thesis also includes methodological approaches for data collection and the development of online content, evaluating the effectiveness of the educational tools designed. Overall, it highlights the significant relationship between technology, cultural heritage, and the
educational process. The steps followed during both the research process and the development phase of the thesis are described in detail in the individual chapters, accompanied by rich visual material (screenshots from work sessions). Finally, extensive reference is made to the variety of digital tools utilized in the different phases of study, design, and creation of the thesis.
