Employee satisfaction is the most important tool for motivating employees. A highly satisfied employee has a better physical and mental state and therefore a better quality of life. The purpose of this research is to analyze the work planning questionnaire in terms of the sources of job satisfaction of employees and by conducting a reliability and validity study in Greece. The methodology followed is quantitative research using a closed-ended questionnaire that was distributed to 206 employees in companies in Greece in various industries and Morgeson's 21 criteria were used to identify the main characteristics of employee satisfaction in Greece. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality criterion was used for the scale questions. Therefore, the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used for scale questions and discrete questions where statistically significant effects were found. From the results, a statistically significant difference is observed between gender and questions about work, work, education level and work, as well as colleagues and manager and work at this time and working conditions.
