This dissertation explores and analyzes Agile methodologies with the aim of maximizing enterprise productivity. Agile methodologies have gained wide acceptance across various industries due to their ability to enhance adaptability, collaboration, and efficiency in project management and product development processes. Through case studies and research within leading technological companies, including Spotify, Airbnb, Google, Cisco Systems, and Siemens, this study examines how Agile principles and practices have been applied to address challenges related to project management, customer engagement, and innovation. The research evaluates the impact of Agile adoption on project delivery, collaboration, and innovation within these organizations, providing introductory insights into the benefits and challenges of Agile methodologies.
