Abstract
This research focuses on the relationship between emotional intelligence, emotional leadership, and job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions, while emotional leadership describes the ability of leaders to influence others through their emotions. Job satisfaction refers to the satisfaction and pleasure individuals derive from their work. By analyzing these relationships, this study aims to understand how emotional intelligence and emotional leadership influence job satisfaction in the educational environment, using a questionnaire. Through data collection and analysis from primary and secondary education teachers, both in public and private schools, the aim is to reveal possible correlations and challenges that teachers face in achieving job satisfaction, taking into account the importance of emotional management and leadership.
