The potential of a company operating in the field of Health, despite the adversities it has to overcome, it is necessary to adapt to the needs and strategic goals of the company. In order for the above procedures to be performed correctly, the Manager must have received the necessary training and knowledge to identify the deficiencies of the skills but also to evaluate them correctly in order for the business to be effective. The training that a company provides to its staff as well as the evaluation of the staff themselves is vital given the ongoing challenges facing the health sector. The strategy that the company will choose adapts to the situation it has to face and to the goals it has set. The purpose of the management strategy is to harmonize the company with the needs of the staff and to create a competitive advantage in the field in which it operates. Considering the fact that in the health sector we face the supply and demand of health services, a sensitive asset, it is important to have a strategic alignment in the treatment of patients but also in the interaction of human resources to provide high value services to the consumer-patient.
