The first interregional study is taking place, examining the different dimensions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0." The purpose of this postgraduate thesis is to comprehend and develop the hypothesis of "Greece 2.0," analyzing various parameters. Based on the existing literature, the semantic examination of the national recovery and resilience plan is referred to as a comprehensive plan developed by Greece to cope with the economic and social impact of the covid-19 pandemic. Specifically, the plan outlines the investment priorities for Greece in the coming years, with the goal of building resilience and supporting the country's recovery. In more detail, the first chapter emphasizes the general overview of the National Plan, where the objectives, key elements, and challenges faced by Greece are mentioned. Subsequently, an analysis of the investment priorities is conducted, along with possible risks or challenges associated with the implementation of the investments. In the following chapter, an assessment is made of the plan's impact on Greece's economic development and job creation. Furthermore, a comparative analysis with other EU recovery plans is carried out. The final chapter draws conclusions regarding the effectiveness and sustainability of the National Plan "Greece 2.0."
