Τhe academic understanding of one's emotions and behavior, their guidance factors, the treatment of pressing and difficult situations, and the harmonization of the social aspect of the person with the behavioral sector is the basis of the emotional intelligence of human resources in the professional space. The relatively recent concept of emotional intelligence is structured and continues to be scientifically structured, since it does not only focus on the mental state of the individual. The definition of emotional intelligence is included in human psychology, examining its emotional and interpersonal abilities. At the same time, it proves to largely determine the simultaneous professional and personal success. The sophisticated human resource administration is strongly focused on its duties, through psychological and anthropocentric approach to workers to aim for a favorable work climate and satisfying their needs.
