The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of the consolidation of digital platforms in the shipping industry. Its aim is to understand the characteristics of MSP's platforms, their key functions and the challenges they face in the shipping industry. For this reason, a qualitative research study of two digital platforms, KOGNIFAI and VERACITY, was conducted.
