The breakthrough of technology made the digitalization cornerstone for the modern concerns. The present thesis firstly explains the manner that the development affected the quality management and secondly depicts the Management System Standards in digital form. The depiction takes place using the ARIS Cloud platform which is well - known operational software and consist a tool for position, responsibility, process and system description. Even though the precise software in this study is used only for the depiction of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018, it has the capability to be used for total operational management with the purpose to lead the concern to the operational excellence.
