This paper will focus on the digital media used by a company involved in the marketing of medical, chemical and pharmaceutical products to promote and advertise its products. First, a description of the terminology of the overall work will be given. Then I will refer to the strategic planning and more specifically to the Digital Marketing Strategy, as well as the techniques, available in Digital Marketing. This will be followed by a SWOT analysis of the ways through which a company dealing with medical products differentiates itself from other similar companies through Digital Marketing applications and increases its sales numbers. In addition, I will present the indicators for measuring Customer Experience as well as the performance of online advertising. Through this analysis, appropriate conclusions will be drawn about the benefits of Digital Marketing for the business. At the end, the literature used for the preparation of the paper will be cited.
