The construction industry is very important for productive activity in both Europe and
Greece. The analysis of the external environment facing the industry is very important
has in order to understand the factors affecting construction companies. Equally
important is financial analysis in order to examine the profitability and liquidity of the
companies. In the context of this graduate dissertation, one of the main issues is to
identify the profitability and liquidity of Actor ATE, Terna SA, ATERMON ATTEE
& BIOTER SA. The analysis period is 2016 - 2020 and the data has been derived
from the published accounts of the companies.
