In this day and age, due to constant changes and challenges, such as economic instability and consistently changing working conditions, businesses have been forced to search for methods of evolution and development of their competitive advantage. Operational efficiency can be accomplished through talented and trained human resource and that’s a fact that many organizations have realized and as a result there has been placed special emphasis on Human Resources Management (HRM). Human resources contribute to the development of the organization's sustainability and their continuous effort is a valuable asset for increasing its performance. Therefore, creating a strategy leads the business to improve organizational processes and increase business results. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze, through quantitative research that will be carried out through a questionnaire, which will be given to professionals in the field of Human Resources, concepts of the field and examine the correlation of attracting candidates with its ability to influence the results of an organization. Businesses are systems of interdependent individuals that exert influence on their operation but also on their goals and modes of operation, and the tactics by which the selected staff is utilized consequently affects its efficiency.
