In this dissertation, the aim is to examine the operation of Banks in the new accelerating Digital Age and the new technologies that have been integrated both at a theoretical and a research level. Theoretical analysis concerns the concept, capabilities, challenges, but also the benefits of digital channels as well as how Artificial Intelligence, open banking, blockchain and cloud computing contribute to the Banking strategy, as well as in the evolution of the customer experience, behavior and satisfaction though the digital channels. The research approach focuses primarily on capturing the image of how customers perceive the Bank's digitization and whether they are ready to accept and apply it to their daily routine.
