In this thesis entitled 'Analysis of Financial Conditions in a Pharmaceutical Cannabis factory in Greece' reference is made to the integration of pharmaceutical cannabis into our country. In recent years, public interest worldwide has turned to the healing properties of hemp, leading to an increase in its medicinal use. The use of cannabis has long been regulated by law because of its psychoactive effects and the likelihood of abuse. The current legal framework for regulating cannabis for medical purposes in the European Union and the United States of America is being investigated in the light of UN contracts and the various national and state law for production, trade and use. Efforts have also been made to investigate the economic and social impact on the use of cannabis pharmaceuticals in public health and society from the "liberation" of its cultivation, production and use, for example the United States of America and Canada have enforced laws to "liberate it. »Cannabis for both medical and" recreational "purposes. Undoubtedly, increased consumer interest in overall health and well -being in the wake of the pandemic will continue to supply the rapid growth of the cannabis industry. The present work was written in the context of the use of dynamic systems studies and the PCP planning plan (PCP) with the aim of developing an appropriate model for the effective simulation of the production of medicinal cannabis in Greece. The production of cannabis pharmaceuticals in Greece is governed by Law 4523/2018 "Pharmaceutical Cannabis Production Regulations and other Regulations" (A '41), which was added to the law on addictive substances (A) 4139/2013. '74) Article 2a, which was later amended by article 58 of Law 4554/2018 (A'130) and article 155 of Law 4601/2019. In addition, bibliographic research was conducted to understand the theoretical background of pharmaceutical cannabis, to introduce dynamic systems methodology (the English term System Dynamics will be used in the next part of the work.
