The people’s transformation to European Union is a fact that has existed continuously from the beginning of its creation with the peak being the year, 2015. The European Union, so from 2015 as from the previous years, realized the difficult venture management of the immigration-refugees flows as far as the absorption of the new arrivals is concerned, at the social community of each member state. Due to this, it has started to give priority in education, in their training (E&T) and to create corresponding policies, especially dynamic from 2015 onwards. The new arrivals having process to E&T, gain knowledge and skills that will facilitate their social incorporation, the business marginalization decrease and the active participation at the field of human resources of each host country. Consequently, by participating in job positions they contribute by applying in a practical level what they know in the progress of the neurological field the country they stay and contribute to the European goal, the creation of a strong European development and economy. Greece, as a member state, that accepts at intervals huge numbers of immigrants and refugees from 2015 takes care for the new arrivals education so as to grow its workforce with trained and well qualified immigrants-refugees. This will lead in the development of the Greek state and the European Union, since by consisting from a member state that evolves and doesn’t remain stationary, it develops itself.
