| dc.description.abstract | Στις μέρες μας, η αξιολόγηση στο χώρο της εκπαίδευσης είναι πολύ σημαντική. Πολλές είναι οι έρευνες, τόσο σε εθνικό, όσο και σε διεθνές επίπεδο, οι οποίες επικεντρώνονται στην ανάπτυξη συστημάτων αξιολόγησης, τα οποία θα συμβάλουν στη βελτίωση της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης. Άμεση είναι η σύνδεση της αξιολόγησης, με την ποιότητα του εκπαιδευτικού έργου, ενώ η αποτελεσματική της εφαρμογή εξαρτάται κυρίως, από την αποδοχή που θα έχει από τους εκπαιδευτικούς των σχολικών μονάδων.
Η παρούσα εργασία διερευνά διαμέσου ερωτηματολογίου, τις απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση στην ελληνική πρωτεύουσα, αναφορικά με την αξιολόγηση, τόσο της εκπαιδευτικής μονάδας, όσο και του ίδιου του εκπαιδευτικού. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας δείχνουν μια γενική θετική στάση των εκπαιδευτικών, απέναντι στην αξιολόγηση, διατηρώντας όμως κάποιες επιφυλάξεις, κυρίως ως προς τις προϋποθέσεις και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο πραγματοποιείται, αλλά και την ανάγκη δημιουργίας κουλτούρας αξιολόγησης στις εκπαιδευτικές μονάδες. | el |

| dc.description.abstractEN | Nowadays, evaluation in the field of education is very important. There is a lot of research, both nationally and internationally, that focuses on the development of evaluation systems, which will contribute to the improvement of the education provided. The connection between the evaluation and the quality of the educational work is direct, while its effective implementation depends mainly on the acceptance it will have from the teachers of the school units. The present work investigates through a questionnaire, the views of teachers in secondary education in the Greek capital, regarding the evaluation of both the educational unit and the teacher himself. The results of the research show a general positive attitude of teachers towards evaluation but maintaining some reservations about the conditions and the way it is carried out, but also the need to create a culture of evaluation in educational units. | el |
