The object of this dissertation is the study of job screening of candidate employees in companies. How is the interview process done and what is it for both the companies and the employees themselves? The concept of job screening will be analyzed in more detail than ever, in what ways, the reason for which the era we are going through and what are its results in the short and long term. In addition, two companies will be studied, one of which is based abroad, in terms of how to select and the recruitment process. The process of recruiting employees in both of these companies will be analyzed, the way in which the interviews were conducted, the questions that the candidates were asked to answer in order to be hired, the necessary qualifications and degrees they had to hold, the minimum working experience they had to have as well as other skills that were necessary. What training will employees receive after being hired by the company. Finally, there is a survey in which a sample of employees of a Greek company, are asked to answer questions concerning the job selection based on their personal experience. The following is an analysis of the results of research and the preparation of conclusions.
