This paper is a research aimed at investigating the relationship between technology and emotional intelligence. The paper presents the definition and outline of the concept of "Emotional Intelli-gence" ("EQ"), through a historical background that explores the first formulations of theories about the concept, its definitions, the theoretical models associated with it, the ways of measuring it and its value. Also, the paper examines the way in which the research on emotional intelligence has been utilized by the Greek School and the relevant programs and the results of the quantitative re-search that was completed with the aim of investigating the relationship between technology and emotional intelligence.
